Life in Key Biscayne, FL
Local Description
Key Biscayne is a beautiful island full of bird-life, sea-life and breathtaking beaches. Nestled between two Florida state parks, you are literally surrounded by nature. Originally owned by the largest coconut plantations in the continental United States, Key Biscayne began to grow with the 1947 opening of the four mile long Rickenbacker Causeway that connected the key to Miami.
